I had a very good experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were welcoming, always smiling, and very available whenever needed. Breakfast was varied and offered a pleasant start to the day. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The only downside was the rather basic and spartan room, which lacked accessories. This would be my only criticism of an otherwise excellent stay.

After staying in many hotels in Madrid over the past few years, I must say that discovering yours has been a wonderful find. I only miss two things: first, that you don’t have a loyalty program like NH Rewards or something similar. And second, something more personal—it's about coffee. I'm a great coffee lover, and every time I stay with you and ask for a takeaway cup, you never seem to have them available. Instead, you offered me a small cup without a lid, more like a water cup than a proper coffee cup. I believe this is a low-cost investment that could bring you a great return. But again, this is just a personal preference, although I do think it would benefit you. Other than that, it’s always a pleasure staying at your hotel. Big hugs to the team!
I am a frequent visitor of Motel one. Every time the service is excellent, better than the service I receive in other hotels. I appreciate staff's attitude. Also the rooms are always very clean.

The most concrete missing in room is "freezer/Kühlschrank" and "minibar" especially taking summer conditions into consideration. Please evalute this feedback a customer's frank opinion who would like to come again to Madrid and stay again at Motel One!

Convenient for local bars & restaurants. Clean and quiet room. Staff very helpful and tolerated my small amount of Spanish. It was a pleasant simple 25 min walk to Estacion de Atocha.
We have a wonderful stay. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me one on the last floor that was perfect. Room was new, clean and nicely decorated. Staff was very friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Lorenzo. The bar area is good to chill out any time of the day. Very close to metro stop or short walk to the start of the Gran Vía. Would come back again

Salut! 👋 Beautiful friendly people, the staff and the other guests as well. A great property in a stunning environment. Shower was clogged, but that happens. Everything was really clean. 👍 I couldn"t log into member wi-fi, but that's not a problem with the hotel. Greetings and I hope to see you again..
Hotel was nice in general but the room temperature was too high and the thermostat did not work. Also, breakfast could have had a few more options. Thank you!
everything is great here. Reception is quick and staff are friendly; bed is comfortable for us, not that soft not that hard; perfect location, within 5 minute walk to subway and bus; restaurant and supermarket around. Only some small things, like the tap valve in the bathroom can be checked regularly, in our room the valve doesn’t work that well; and compared to the money spent for each stay, the room is bit smaller than expectations; and the switch beside the bed is a bit confused.. but it’s fine. I highly recommend to stay here when in Madrid.
We had a lovely experience in the hotel. Staff, cleaning service, spacious room, comfy bed, good wi-fi connection, bar. Really, full professionalism. But, since this is not the first time to stay at Motel One in general, I was not expecting lese. The only remark would be nice to have, sound proof door and windows and kettler in the room. That is the only reason I will mark overall experience and satisfaction with 9.

Very well situated, 5min from Plaza Espana...the hyper center. Nice and clean rooms, just a little too hot, fast checkin and good breakfast for the price.

Very helpful staff who were very attentive to all needs. Rooms were clean and location is fantastic. Just outside of the busy areas and a short walk from great food and sites. Multiple transit options all within a 5 min walk.

The design and fit out of the rooms were below the level we are used to from Motel One. In our room, the bathroom was having a very bad sewer smell. The rest (lobby, reception, breakfast) was ok.

The look is amazing. And the staff is perfect. Everyone is good trained. The rooms are a bit old. Matras are hard and not comfi as the other motel one I have been I got back problems form the bed. At the 6th floor the Extraction system of ventilation system is soo lound I need to sleep with ear plugs otherwise I can’t sleep. Next time sorry I will get in a other room
It’s Good but only thing is no water, tea, coffee or kettle in the room. This is very important to people who come for vacation. They are coming for relax. They have to dress up and go early morning to down stairs to buy their bed tea or coffee. Every other places we had our bed tea. Please do this. It is very very important. No water to drink. I will recommend to my friends, but I have tell them this problem. I had cocktail margarita from bar it was great 👍🏼 He did a great job.

Excellent hotel. Great pity they do not offer more food and I would suggest to increase the light in the lounge as today it is preventing people from working from this area hence also consuming some sodas while working

Very good hotel, good location with a proximity to transport, close to city center. The room was good size, comfortable. The receptionists were very helpful and polite. The only suggestion is to add slippers in the room.

As a member, I am so disappointed when we are not allowed early check in. I booked for 2 rooms and requested to check in for 1 room first but unfortunately, the reason given is no rooms are available. This is the first time, among all hotels in Spain, we are denied early check in request.

Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bedding. Good breakfast, I enjoyed it. Beautiful décor. Safe and well-connected area. The bathroom wasn't clean enough, there was hair in the shower. There wasn't a kettle with coffee and tea.
Excellent location near Plaza de Espana with plenty of option for the meal nearby. Walking distance to may of the tourist attractions. Room was clean and small fridge was good enough to keep my water bottles cool. They also kept my luggage safe after the check-out which was really convenient for a person with evening flight.
Travelling by myself I was so pleased to find this hotel. A warm welcome and a cosy place to return to after many hours walking the streets of Madrid.
