Nice clean hotel with relaxing lounge area. Bed is very comfortable. The one thing that would improve things for me would be if the breakfast included cooked items as well as continental breakfast.

Nice and cosy room with a lovely crackling fireplace on TV. Friendly staff and a bar that is open 24/7. Had a great time there!

Ok room and nice shower and bathroom. Very nice downstairs lounge to sit in. Good continental breakfast. Convenient location for tube stations, sights and places to eat. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay there again if in London.

Great location, modern design. The room is practical and comfortable, equipped with all necessary items. The breakfast is also very good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay The only improvements I would see is related to the temperature of the bathroom where it was a cooler than in the room, and the reading light switches that aren’t very accessible when in the dark.
We have stayed in a Motel 1 before. So this was as good as we expected. The Continental-style breakfast buffet is very good. The shower flooring our room was a bit slippery.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Motel one , and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. One of the highlights was the breakfast in the lobby offered each morning, which provided a great start to the day and available to anyone to opt in. The overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and. For the price, the value was unbeatable, and I would highly recommend Motel one Towerhill to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in top location. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I look forward to returning on my next trip.

Noisy room, air conditioning making intermittent excessive noise all night despite been turned off.

This stay was a 100% improvement from our stay at Motel One in Munich. No bedbugs! Great location. Convenient to the Underground. You could improve the diversity of your front desk staff to make it feel more welcoming.
Perfect temperature, amazing staff. We were having a glass of wine at the front of the lounge and a gentleman walked in off the street and was not leaving us alone; a member of the check-in staff immediately recognised the problem and promptly resolved the issue very professionally and calmly. Could not be more impressed with his quick and efficient action. This made me feel safe to stay at this location. Outside of this blip, the room was perfect for what I needed, comfortable and clean. Location was easy to get to from the tube, and close to where I needed to be as well as restaurants for dining.
Overall I had a very good time. Just two remarks: The view was disappointing compared to the rooms facing the Gherkin. The mattress - for my taste - was too soft.
Super Hotel
The cleaner came into the room twice in the morning before 10am. We booked a a one night stay. The cleaner should not be coming in until we have checked out. Also the queen or king bed was just two twins pushed together, so there was a gap between the mattresses.

Had a lovely time stayig at Motel One London Tower hill. Prime location, clean and cozy rooms and excellent service made our stay quite memorable.
Always pleased with our stays. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. A good place to chill. Could do with a little more hanging space which we have had in other rooms but no biggy. Our room was cosy warm too. We found a cheaper rate on a different site and we immediately got a refund. Thank you Motel One manager Tower Hill.

Friendly personnel, everything you need in the room, good beds, the only thing missing for me is a bit more small bites in the evening.

After a stay at a motel, our stay at Motel One was extended in a beautiful room after we were informed that our return flight from Heathrow had been canceled. Perfect hotel in a perfect location. We will definitely be back here in 2025.
After staying in the Manchester hotel last Christmas it was a no brainer for me to book here for my trip to London. As a solo traveler it’s perfect. So easy to book, always in a great area and the relaxed breakfast dining is ideal for me. The room was spotless, the shower is awesome and the bed very comfy. So convenient for the tube and buses, with the Tower of London just a short walk away. Staff were very friendly and the note from house keeping on arrival in the room is a very nice gesture. I’ll always seek out Motel One for future trips

Staff are excellent. I was just disappointed in the standard of my room 10 05. The carpet was really scruffy and felt unclean. The rest of the room and bathroom were spotless so I am not criticising the cleaner. Maybe just needs refreshing. The room is very close to the lift and this can be heard but didn't bother me. Breakfast and bar service was fab.

Checkin was smooth and Maria at the front desk was very friendly.
Overall the experience was not a pleasant one. Upon arrival at the reception and confirming the room number there was a miscommunication from the receptionist in relation to my breakfast. I travelled for business and checked in with two other colleagues that had the exact reservation as mine. Whilst the other two receptionists were able to understand that breakfast was included, my receptionist phrased that the breakfast as an option, creating a misunderstanding in our group as the 3 of us understood that I had to pay the costs of it. Only with the assistance of another receptionist, the misunderstanding was resolved but she still told me that I was the one not understanding her question. It was a fantastic feeling upon arrival to be indirectly called dumb. The room I was placed in was for persons with reduced mobility. Although I understand that rooms are allocated according to availability, it is astonishing to see Motel One providing these to people who fortunately do not have the need - both myself and my other 2 colleagues were placed in this type of room. Also we wondered what would happen if someone with special needs required this type of special service and was refused because of one of us. I do not consider this to be a good practice neither thoughtful, only a way to guarantee the income. Also, as I fortunately do not need this type of room, I stayed in a room that was unattractive and somehow uncomfortable for me. The bathroom is inadequate, especially the height of the washbasin - too low - as fortunately I do not require any special conditions. The initial temperature of the room was uncomfortable - too cold - given the outside temperature of the day and perhaps this could be anticipated considering that we were travelling in December. In view of all this, I was not tempted to use the bar services in the evening. The next morning I decided to have breakfast first and then return to my room to pack and check out. I was challenged on this decision by a cleaner when I left the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. This lady told me that she wished to clean the room immediately!!! Although she was friendly I was not expecting to be pressed on my staying, especially when I had breakfast at 7h15am and the checkout limit is much later. The breakfast was very pleasant - nice variety of food, fresh and well organized; however, the supporting staff is overall uninterested when asked to assist with information on the coffee machine or location of the specific food. Also I wondered what was the fuss regarding my breakfast reservation as no member of the staff controlled my entry (neither of any guest) leading me to think that anyone can have it. The check-out was uneventful, possibly due to the fact that I just had to put the room key in a box without any assistance from reception. Therefore, this staying was not the worse experienced but regrettably is far from my expectations given the rate and marketing Motel One promotes to the clients.
