Parksituation katastrophal
All the Service gets 10 Points from us, but Alina and Lara did a Great job when we arrived.... those two get an extra 2 points.... we had a Great time in Motel One.
Everything great - a bottle of water each day would be nice, not only on check in day

I paid in advance but reception charged me again when I checked in. Then I received a message saying I had cancelled my booking only fir reception to interrogate ne at midnight abd threatened to kick me out of the hotel unless I immediately proved who I was. Because the system had deleted my Information. All of which was not my fault. This lead to a protracted discussion with more threats to chuck me. I had a horrid evening and didn't sleep. Very very rude staff.
Outstanding service and customer care. The lady at the reception was wonderful. As so often, Hamburg is always worth a visit. Thank you for everything.

The room and bathroom were good. The location of the room was bad. View into the courtyard of a building site looking directly into the room. This meant that the curtains had to be closed at all times. Fortunately, there was no construction noise on the weekend as there was during the week when the site was in operation. The breakfast was adequate.

Room was clean and comfortable. Decent shower, water pressure was good. Room is small but efficient. Lobby area was nicely decorated, though got very warm when busy. Bar had great drinks, decent prices.

I stayed at this hotel for meetings for work as it was very close to our office. check in was smooth and room was very clean and comfortable. I was first concerned that it might be noisy as I was facing a main road but I did not hear a single noise. staff were all helpful and pleasant. Only slight complaint was that in the morning it could take quite a long time for the lift.
The room was very small, there was no kettle or similar, the air in the room was very dry and the capacity of the breakfast buffet was insufficient for the number of guests. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio was not right. The staff were very friendly.
Overall good. Would have been very good if I did not have to take a cold shower.
Motel One - bestes Hotel der Welt!

Top Service
The motel One am Mischel is an excellent location to explore all of Hamburg, the rooms are very clean but could be a little bit more spacy, it was not possible to unpack our luggage and range our belongings. We appreciated that we could have a drink in the lobby after dinner, the breakfast was very complete and good.

A good friend in Hamburg recommended this hotel to us and we couldn't have been happier with the choice! The hotel is modern with a great lobby/bar area. The rooms are small, but adequate in size. The one thing I really wish the room had was a refrigerator, but we lived without it. The AC was also a bit weak in our room, but it seems to be fine in the hallway and the lobby area, so I think there may have just been something wrong with our room. However, we were rarely there, so it didn't make too much of a difference to us, and at night, we just opened the window to let the fresh air in. We loved how centrally located the hotel was to most of the places we wanted to go. It was either a short walk, or just a short walk to public transport. I loved this hotel and will gladly stay here when we return to Hamburg.
i have said many times that the air conditioning is not working, but there was no solution for that !!

Great location, good size hotel, clean and good value. Breakfast a bit expensive and rather chaotic in the morning. Bar open late and good service.
The breakfast service team was exceptional! The breakfast room too crowded. We loved that so many of the food items had organic quality (main reason to choose the hotel!) Bathroom was small and with no wondow. Other than that we feel that the hotel is very well organised, staff is outstandingly friendly (even at busy times) and the overall impression is very good. Really worth mentioning is the breakfast service team who handeled high volume of hungry people extremely professionally!

Very nice basic hotel, beds are very comfortable and the location is around 15 mins walk to the city centre. The bar is nice for a drink, but the food options are very limited, just sandwiches.

I don’t like Carpet in Hotels because it is very unhygienic, sadly my room also did get cleaned although I was told that I could decide if it would be cleaned to avoid climatic waste. I loved the breakfast and the bed was really comfortable:) I also couldn’t use my soap dispenser because it was broken. that’s my only critic :)

Great place to stay
We had alovely time. The Hotel is perfectly soruated. The rooms are nice and clean and the Hotel Staff was so welcoming and helpful at any moment.
Alle andre kunne godt tjekke ind fra ca. 14.40 vi måtte vente. Den første medarbejder havde ingen service hun sagde vi måtte vente 30 min til 45 min. Lige pludselig gik hun bare og sagde intet omkring værelse eller andet. Vi gik derfor senere efter ca 30 min op til en anden medarbejder og hun var venlig og sagde vi sagtens kunne tjekke ind da vi ikke havde angivet præferencer sagde hun. Vi var de eneste der sad og ventede alle andre tjekkede ind med det samme og ingen andre skulle sidde og vente. Ærgerligt vi ikke kom hen til nummer to medarbejder fra starten af. Dårlig oplevelse fra start og ingen velkomst. Klimaanlægget virker ikke på hotellet og der er iskoldt luft hele tiden på værelset lige meget hvordan du ændrer på det, så er det det samme. Det talte andre også om. Rengøringen var dårlig og den ene dag var vi væk fra 9-17.20 og vi havde ikke fået nye håndklæder eller andet - personen havde slet ikke været på værelset. Vi gik ned til receptionen han ville komme med håndklæder snarest da han ikke havde flere i receptionen. Vi ventede på ham til 18.15 så gik vi ud at spise, da vi kom hjem 20.30 havde vi stadig ikke fået noget op på værelset. Vi gik derned igen han vendte bare med øjnene og ville komme op med dem. Generelt bliver Motel One i Hamburg bare dårligere og dårligere og vi har besluttet os for at finde et andet hotel næste gang, da der er ingen service, imødekommenhed eller værdi for pengene og det er ikke billigt at bo der når man er der en uge. De er nok mere imødekommende over for dig når du er der en dag eller to. Men vi kommer ikke derhen igen. Dertil er der byggeplads rundt om hotellet og renovering på selve hotellet. Det bliver du ikke oplyst om nogen steder. Alt i alt en rigtig dårlig og oplevelse og spild af penge. Den ene dag spurgte vi en mandlig rengøringsassistent om vi kunne skifte håndklæder og få toiletpapir det blev han rimelig irriteret over. Virkede som om han igen ville have sprunget os over. Vi fik to besøg rengøringen to gange i alt imens vi var der. Burde få nedslag i prisen når det er så for dårligt det hele. Men vi anbefaler ikke dette hotel til andre.
Overall, the stay was good. A couple things that could be changed are: Update the website. On booking the room, parking was listed at a different price than what you wanted to charge. Coffee machine or water cooker in the room would be nice.

Impressed with cleanliness
I normally love Motel One, and picked for me and my friends to stay at this one. Their room was way too hot, air con wasn’t working properly and the noise from the street with the window open was horrendous. In our room the bed was not good. It was dipped on one side so you kept rolling off. I woke up with a sore back. It’s such a shame as normally I really rate Motel One.

3 dages ferie i Hamburg. Fint værelse til to voksne og teenager. Lækkert morgenmad
