The friendliness at the bar and the ones at the breakfast is excellent, made me feel very welcome. The bed and shower are excellent. But.. in the room there is almost no closet (only open shelves) and light switch is to be found only on one side of the bed. Furthermore I would expect even a small extra in the bathroom.

Excellent, super friendly service, fantastic breakfast and overall a great atmosphere. I also really appreciate that the linen and other bedding is cotton and not some cheap polyester. The room and bathroom were very clean and well kept. The only issue that made me downgrade the overall rating from 10 to 9 is that the mattress was saggy and has probably reached the end of its useful life.
The hotel personnel is very helpful and polite. Breakfast buffet very good and plenty of options. The shower and bathroom is quite small even for only one person. No real wardrobes, just some hangers. The room is comfortable enough for a business trip but just for a few days.
This is the third year in a row we stay in Motel One Frankfurt Messe because of the fair and for sure we will be there next year. Perfect location next to Messe and the Shopping Mall. The most important though is the friendliness from all the staff, always with a smile ready to serve the guests. Special thanks to Alexandra from the Reception :)

Overall good experience. Only missed the iron box during my stay. I believe its essential for business travellers. The reception yean is quite friendly and approachable especially Alexandra who was available during the checkout.
the hotel was amazing, the location, property and rooms were excellent and the receptionist "Alexandra" was more than wonderful, she was very helpful and decent. our only problem was that the room was too bare, no tissues, no bottle of water, no slippers, not toiletries kit, nothing at the bathroom, not even a pen! the only thing the room had was towels! I cant remember when was the last time for me to find a hotel room that empty, honestly it was very disappointing to me and my wife. And by the way the wifi was not working
Liked my standard, no-nonsense room. Staff was super friendly and competent in a relaxed but attentive way. Hotel parking in the basement made things easy for me. Liked the various veggie options of the breakfast buffet, also the option of having just a cappuccino at the bar in the morning. There was a problem with my room (smelly in a perfume sort of way, giving me a headache during the first night, see my rating below), but switching to another room for the second night was arranged in a matter of minutes next morning.
Great location. Modern and comfortable, functional and clean rooms. The very friendly and helpful staff, a special thanks to Mr Nicola who made our great breakfasts fun and caring. We hope to come back next year. LINDA and MORENA

Hello, Everything was perfect except the beds. I am a frequent traveller and I usually stay at MotelOne group. Requesting you to take note and improve the bed quality. I could hardly sleep the other night.Also there was no coffee machine in the room. Best regards, Niraj

Pros: quick check-in and -out. room was clean. Room was isolated/quiet Cons: no shoe horn (Schuhlöffel) in the room was annoying. Bottle of water handed at the reception was not as convenient given the hands full -this should be in the room.
As always best option to stay in Frankfurt close to business, shopping and restaurants.
A big thank you to the Italian sir at the breakfast buffet - super welcoming, helpful and friendly. Outstanding experience!
Love this hotel
Not enough car parking spaces in proportion to the size of the hotel. One thing that did impress me was the breakfast staff, in particular tbe Italian manager and one of his male assistance that the whole breakfast an enjoyable experience too and kick-started the day so entertainingly.

Not a bad room. The blanket on the bed is always too small and I'm not sure why? Also I don't think my heating was working because the room was always cold. I do have to say that the breakfast host - Nicolas is brilliant and deserves a raise. He is always very friendly and pleasant to see at breakfast.
Shower was a bit cold, the room was basic but good enough. Very nice Italian breakfast guy 😁
Great welcome, amazing bar, most friendly staff (especially at breakfast) and really comfortable and quiet room. Next time I'm visiting Frankfurt for an exhibition at the Messe I'll definitely stay here again.
I love this hotel, only the breakfast is too expensive for what is on offer (not enough warm). Awesome vegan and vegetarian options though.
My stay was perfect. All worked very well and the personnel was always available to help. Alessandra in reception was very kind with me in several occasions and Niccolo at the breakfast keept all in perfection with a welcoming smile and words . Please give my congratulations.
- Good: I want to highlight that the host at the breakfast was incredibly friendly. I felt very welcomed with him. - What could be improved: A kettle with some tea and instant coffee in the room would be ideal.

No fridge in the room Rest was ok
The heating in the room was a bit too hot and I was not able to find information how to lower the temperature.
Fantastic stay as usual, one minor thing this time: the window wouldn’t open at first (had to have someone check it out who was then holding the handle in their hands), eventually it worked and we got some fresh air. The ventilation system seemed to only work in the bathroom but not the room itself, which in combination with a closed window made the room very warm. Staff and breakfast were amazing!
Very friendly and fast check-in, the breakfast was very good and I appreciated the flexible check-out time due to the marathon in town.

The hotel location is well located, the staff is friendly, specially the staff responsible for the breakfast is very kind and welcoming.
Room with balcony was great, outdoor space off bar area good, and bar area, lively, friendly and good atmosphere as always.
There was a problem with my reservation - cause by me (guest). The reception personnel was eager to solve the problem and offer me a room. Positive experience!

A friendly welcome from all the staff at this hotel. Rooms are basic and not so big but more than adequate with a good comfy bed. Some coffee or water would be an added bonus but nothing to complain about. The breakfast was very good, something for everyone.
The hotel staff was extremelly friendly and helpful. We had several requests and changes to our booking. The staff always tried to provided us with suitable solutions. Besides that, they have been friendly in every interaction with us. On evening we had ordered pizza and the bar staff helped us to slice them. A service we did not expected or even dare to ask for. I've been positively surprised by these encounters. That's how hospitality is making a work stay very nice. Thanks a lot to the all the employees involved.

Selvom du har travlt, burde hotellets optimale placering gøre det muligt at klemme lidt shopping og sightseeing ind. Fans af klassisk musik og scenekunst kan med fordel anvende hotellet som udgangspunkt for en uforglemmelig aften i operaen.
