One of the best MotelOne Hotels!! And for sure our favourite hotel during all our stays in Brussels. Friendly staff, fantastic location and best rooms! We always love to come here. The staff takes care of all your wishes. Thank you all so much.
It’s always nice to stay in the Motel One Brussels. Cosy rooms, tidy and comfortable.
Overall we had an extremely good stay. The hotel is clean and has very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast facilities are excellent and choice available excellent. Bar has a great selection of beers. Check-in and check-out easy.
We felt super welcome during our whole stay. The staff was kind and helpful, the room was great and the breakfast selection was vast (super vegetarian and vegan friendly). Would definitely come back
Room very quiet, very modern and efficient. Insonorization perfect!! A bit queer to arrive at my room with my luggage, due to the lack of elevators for the first floor..no steps should be made when one carries luggage...and then steps again to go to the breakfast room...a lift is needed for people who can't walk or who has to go downstairs with their luggage. Breakfast should be a little improved, with poached eggs, bacon . Fruit salad was not so fresh and tasty
Excellent location & room product that has everything you need but is on the expensive side.
Clean hotel with friendly staff. My booking was for a ‘King’ room which was supposed to have a double bed, the bed in my room was infact a ‘Queen’ bed which is smaller than a double so not what I paid for. Didn’t realise at the time so wasn’t able to check it but disappointing they downgraded me without mentioning it.

I stay at this hotel each time I'm in Brussels. I like the hotel for the location. Room is more than ok for what I need it. I did not opt for the breakfast, which is vast, as I would not have time to have a long and real one. Hence, it would be too costly for a coffee and a small bun.

The front side of the hotel is very noisy (also at night). I was very pleased to have a quiet room at the other side.

Excellent stay, very generous common spaces, after I checked in I asked to have a room with better view as I had to work for several hours in my room and I had a splendid room with broad view on the city.
what I appreciated most is the elegant and cozy breakfast atmosphere, with clever soft lighting, just what you need for the early hours of the morning

did not see a rubbish bin in my room a lot of the breakfast options were with bread or wheat, since i cannot eat wheat my options were limited
Overall, the hotel is great, and for my meetings in Brussels, the location was excellent. The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment: would be much better with fried or at least scrambled eggs option; at the price for the breakfast, that would seem appropriate - especially since the breakfast cake was a disappointment both days. To-go cups for a drink at breakfast also would be much appreciated. The shower floods the rest of the bathroom if one is not very careful. On the plus side, the person who checked me in at the reception desk (I'm afraid I did not get his name) was lovely; extremely helpful!

Excellent Hotel Friendly Staff Quality Food Central location
I enjoyed my stay at Motel One Brussels. However, I felt the room I was assigned, #507, was not conducive as I couldn't see outside the hotel. Further, I did not like the breakfast. It was mostly cold meats.

The rooms are small, but always clean and nice. For breakfast am missing scrambled eggs, only hard boiled eggs are available. Please think about how to make the rooms facing to Rue Royale quieter, when the tram is passing by, it is really noisy.

Good location, clean, helpful and welcoming staff (receptionist, waiter, cleaners..) I would just suggest something to be more eco-friendly. Rooms are being cleaned unless customers put a sign saying they don't want to. Why don't you not clean room during customers' stay and if they want their room cleaned, they can put a sign. I am sure people forget to put a sign that they don't want their room cleaned, so the other way around would make more sense and I think you would have less room to clean.

Perfect location for getting around the center on foot and nearby metro station to reach more distant parts of the city. Clean rooms and adequate size. Polite and kind staff. Very nice general furnishings (both in the rooms and in the common areas).

Another good stay in a Motel One - our first to the Brussels one. Good location for the museums and opera, nice room on high floor, as requested, but quite noisy in the morning from outside work/traffic. We'll ask for an inside room next time. Friendly staff as always, particularly in the bar. A billing error was sorted out very professionally by reception staff.
My only problem that there was a bit cold in the room (663). Even though I set the thermostat to the maximum.
Generelt fin standard på alle parameter. Men havde en oplevelse i receptionen 31/1/25, der ikke levet op til forventningerne. Den kvindelige receptionist, var generelt ikke særlig imødekommende. Det handlede om en glemt taske, på restaurant 30 m. Fra Motel One. Hun mente ikke der kunne ringes føre efter kl. 12.00. Vi gik kl. 10.00 hent til restauranten, døren var åben og tasken lå i baren.
Dejligt hotel. Hyggeligt værelse, perfekt beliggenhed, skøn lounge område med god bar. Personalet meget imødekommende.
Bruger næsten altid Motel One, både i Bruxelles og Berlin. Altid venlig og hurtig betjening Jeg behøver jo "bare" et sted at sove, men her er de altid rent og pænt. Morgenmaden er simpel, ikke negativt, men her er alt man behøver, så man kan kommer videre.
Venligt personale. God central beliggenhed. Rene værelser. Stille. Kunne godt have ønsket mig en lille coffee-tray. Og bedre udsigt. Desværre kun udsigt til nabobygning og kraner.
Jeg har boet på Motel One hoteller mindst 100 gange rundt om i Europa de sidste 10 år. Jeg har altid været irriteret over, at gulvet i badeværelset bliver vådt når man har taget brusebad. Der mangler en glasdør til at lukke for brusenichen.
Der var absolut ikke pladser nok til morgenmaden ........
