I like staying at the Motel One close the Berlin Central Station, the team there is always helpful and ready to make my stay comfortable wherever possible. I always use them whenever I'm in Berlin.

Very pleasant hotel, friendly staff, nice court yard, very good breakfast. I can fully recommend the hotel and I am using it regularly. The only little inconvenience is that I find the air inside the building a bit sticky.
I found my one night stay obscenely overpriced for the room I got and the customer service. The shower was awesome though, but I regret having stayed here. It's hard to pinpoint specifics but it felt dark, claustrophobic, and customer service was a bit... Lacking in kindness and friendliness.
Wonderful for a short stay. Couldn’t have been more convenient. Room was comfortable, enjoyed the breakfast. I would be happy to recommend it.
A second or at least a thicker blanket would be appropriate, especially in the colder seasons. Wifi is virtually non existent.
A convenient friendly hotel conveniently close to Berlin Hbf. Comfortable beds, clean rooms (a little cramped as the beds are large. Our favourite Belin hotel.

A fab hotel and well placed for rail travellers arriving or departing from Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Friendly and helpful staff and the bar area is a nice place to chill.
We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We especially appreciated the early check in. The breakfast was really good, with gluten free bread. But when we wanted to split the payment for the room, as I'm used to staying at your hotel, we were informed that it was impossible. The reason was that the staff didn't know the new system. We were four persons. I wanted to pay for my staying and one brekfast (we only ordered breakfast for one day) .But after two of the receptionist had a go with the new system I was charged three breakfasts and my friend one breakfast and both rooms. Why do you not train your staff before you start with a new system?

Great location, close to Hauptbahnhof. Nice general areas, good breakfast, but the rooms are very small including the bathroom. Corridors a bit dirty and old. Overall still a good experience
Person in reception weren’t very helpful when I ask for parking they said is full and I cannot used and in the evening other person told me that is free. So parked for no reason somewhere else.
Nice, clean, friendly, central location. The only problem was the missing hot water in the morning for the shower ;)

Loved it, as always. Especially as I was able to check into my room as soon as I arrived on the sleeper train (at 8.30am) from Brussels. Thank you - I was able to catch-up on my sleep and freshen up.
toilet in the bathroom was not completely clean
The house keeping kept ringing the bell twice once at 8.30 AM and at 10.30 AM despite the "do not disturb sign ". This is annoying for a business travelers who knows that the check out is at 12.00. Especially this is distribution the morning meeting that we scheduled before the check out. Please instruct the house keeping to differentiate the business traveller and frequent customers from others.

Having used Motel One Hotels in the past I knew what to expect and my short stay confirmed that their standards were still high. All the staff I encountered were positive, friendly but at the same time very professional.Very clean room with the most comfortable bed/ pillows and a good powerful shower. It's location was ideal for me as it was very close to Berlins Central station
Great location next to Central Railway Station. Perfect adherence to Motel One standards. Maps and Flyer with restaurants were very helpful.
Staff been really nice and helpful I would have liked an USB connection in the room (as my adaptor didn’t do its job anymore.

This was my second stay at a Motel One (Frankfurt was the first) and it was even better this time! All of the employees were very friendly and went out of their way to help in any way possible. As before, the breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect being right across the street from Berlin Hbf. I also really appreciated the efforts to soundproof the rooms as sirens seem to be a constant sound in Berlin and I could barely hear them with the windows closed.
I like the concept of the hotel chain. No frills but very nice design, excellent beds and very friendly staff. Breakfast is nice and ‘as usual’, a bit innovation here would be an add-on.
We arrived tired at 3:00 am to check in, at least the reception should show friendliness instead of a frown. Breakfast is very very poor. I do not recommend this hotel, nor will i come back.
The hotel meets all expectations, friendly service, clean and well-kept rooms, efficient air conditioning, soundproof windows. A big plus is the beautiful patio where you can relax and luggage storage. From my perspective, breakfasts could be cheaper.

The hotel is well-located, comparing to other three-star hotels, the rooms are smaller. There are no kettles and bottles of water in the room, reception told us to buy from the bar…
I was impressed by the very friendly and helpful staff. My only “complaint” was that I found the uninvited aquarium screen on the TV a bit annoying and difficult or impossible to turn off. Still a 10 out of 10, though.

I have enjoyed my stay in your hotel as everything went perfectly well. The building is new, the room is comfortable, clena and quiet. The ability for me to leave my bike in a secured place at the back of the hotel was a key decision maker when I chose where to stay especially so close to the train station wher eI had to be early next moning.
We had a great time - Joshua on reception was amazng. Breakfast was good and over all our stay was great. We had a small issue with getting replies to our emails to book with a child. I really wish you would have that option on your website and then I could give you a 10.
My stay was excellent. The front desk personnel were very helpful and even went so far as to ensure I paid the correct amount for my stay. For that I am eternally grateful. Special mention to Ibrahim at the bar, as well as Paul, Jill and Mudi of the front desk. These people made my stay very enjoyable. Paul, Jill and Mudi ensured my transactions were correct and advised me in detail of what to do. Everyone who worked at Motel One I encountered was amazing but these 4 persons really went above and beyond.
Everything was great as always.
The reception was unfriendly.The room was absurdly small bathroom tiny.No amenities apart from a bottle of water. Average breakfast.

Beskedent værelse, som blev holdt i pæn orden. Kneben plads til morgenmad. Savnede en varm ret til morgenmad, f.eks. bacon og spejlæg. Eneste varme ret var kogt æg, som hverken var hårdkogte eller blødkogte. Venligt personale, både i reception og i morgenmadsrestaurant.
