Nice, modern hotel. However, the breakfast area gets really crowded and there aren't enough "normal" tables to sit at. Having breakfast at a low coffee table is just not my thing... Also, my room was close to the elevator, so during most of the night there was a constant "swish, swish" from the elevator - I needed earplugs to sleep. I missed a coffee/tea setup in my room. Other than that it was good :)

Stay is always nice. I would like to have the option to charge my electrical car at the Hotel.
Found no body lotion in room, had to ask reception for a roll of toilet tissue as well as an extra bath towel. The real kicker was that twice that morning I reminded reception that I would like housekeeping to clean the room. When I returned to the room around 5 pm, the room was NOT cleaned.

My partner and I stayed with you after a very exhausting multi-day event and we felt cared for in the best way. We got an extra quiet room and everyone was extremely helpful and kind.

There was no shelf for the shampoo in the shower. On Sunday for breakfast there was no eggs, butter and fruits (these things were all gone out). I never had that before in any MotelOne that three standard things for breakfast were missing.
Towels provided are two small….bath sheets more appropriate to fit all sizes…..no tea/coffee facilities in the room….
Great location, everything to usual MotelOne standard. The air conditioning in the room I booked was not working well, but the helpful Front Desk immediately moved me to another room.

Was very nice stay even for a night. Wurzburg was half way of my vacation place. I will book again the chain for next travels.
A great hotel in an excellent location with all the standards expected of a Motel One.
Everything was great (as usual), but the breakfast area ist too small and then queues were too long in the morning.

I had an excellent stay at Motel One. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was clean and stylish, and the location is perfect. The breakfast is delicious. The night bar experience is very cool too!!! Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Rooms have a great size, staff is very welcoming, facilities are nice, only remark would be that there is little seating available at breakfast and that sums tables are too low for comfortable eating since breakfast is served in the lounge
I had never heard of Motel One but it was recommended by the judicial conference authorities organizing our conference. I traveled from the U.S. to the conference and was very pleasantly surprised by all aspects of my stay at Motel One. The staff at the desk from check-in through all of my time in and out of the hotel during my stay, and even at my check-out at the hotel, the staff was friendly, professional, helpful and a pleasure to be with. The facility was very clean, modern, organized and up to date. I found the prices not to be cheap but to be very reasonable for the excellent service and resources made available. Thank you.
We enjoyed our four night stay in the Brand new Motel One. Modern, small but well equipped bedroom. The hotel is located in the very centre of Wurtzburg, within minutes walking distance of trams etc. We hope to be back again next year.

The room safe was not usable. The predecessor in the room had it left open however with the bars in lock function. Since I didn’t know the predecessor’s PIN I couldn’t put it to use. Could not inform the reception desk either because I was in a hurry to reach my appointment. The soap dispenser in the bathroom wasn’t working. The pump lid was stuck. I would expect housekeeping staff to check that everything in the room is functioning before the next guests arrive. Online check in and check out was convenient. Staff at the reception desk very friendly. Service staff at breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful!! Breakfast could offer more variety such as warm foods like bacon, different kinds of eggs, sausage. Multi vitamin juice would have been nice. Was missing wholemeal breads and bread rolls.
Everything was perfect: from the friendly welcome & staff, to the convenient location and room with a great view! I would definitely stay at Motel One in Würzburg again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very comfortable, and stylish. I loved the shower. The continental breakfast was very good. Some of my colleagues said the coffee at breakfast was not good. They bought a coffee from the bar instead. I was surprised that there was no phone on the room to call reception; but it was fine actually. A kettle in the room would have been nice.

I specifically asked at check-in if my room was on the street side. I was told it was not. Not only was it on the street side, but it was close to the front door, so it was impossible to leave my window open for fresh air on a warm night due to the clouds of cigarette smoke coming into my room through the open window. I had just arrived that afternoon from a long overseas flight and was too tired to see if I could get my room changed once I realized the situation with smoking right outside my window upon returning to my room after eating dinner. I felt like I was in a smoking room, not in a non-smoking room. Everything else about the room was fine, just the unfortunate location close to the smokers right below my window.

Great hotel and location. Very friendly staff. However the room lacked a few essentials which need to be improved. - Have another dustbin in the room (there was only one in the bathroom) - Have at least a basic kettle to heat water in the room. - Drinking cups were made of paper not glass. Very poor choice considering the price. At least have glass cups to drink water. - Huge problem in the bathroom - No door for the shower cabinet. How is one supposed to shower without the water getting out everywhere on the floor. Please add a door to the shower area. It does not take much to do it. - The breakfast was decent but it could have a few warm dishes.
Arrived at 19.30 , room not ready. Really not what I would expect from an hotel after travelling all day from the Uk
