Great value. It just lacks a coffe machine in the room and a smart TV. Staff was very helpful
Too soft and worn out bed .
The temperature in the room was terrible it was too hot i know it’s winter but it was 17degrees outside and we had to Open the Windows to breath otherwise we could not sleep. also the shower felt down twice and it was not nice
Overall, quite good. But 2 things I didn't like. The first one was that the room smelled of the detergent that is used for cleaning the bedsheets and covers. And the second thing is that there were no scrambled eggs for breakfast, only boiled ones. Other than that, satisfied with everything else.
Everything was very nice, clean, and how I expected it. The only thing missing was that in my room, there was no safe, whereas in previous stays I had had a safe.
Not a good experience at all : - room much too warm. Mentioned it at reception but nothing changed - was there for a couple of night and no space in the room to put my clothes - the bathroom was not cleaned properly on the second night. - the breakfast buffet was extremely basic I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel chain is always a safe and good choice however this time it was so hot in the room it was not possible to sleep. View was super nice though. Staff at the reception was unfriendly

Loved the hotel generally. Very well located & convenient. Check-in was fast with friendly staff. Room was great, only issue was lack of bench, stand etc for luggage, so it had to go on the bend & floor.

Big Thank You. The hotel is great! what i truly loved is the cleanness of the room. This was key for me. Mariam in the reception was super helpful and assigned me a room that i requested. On top she was very knowledgeable like other reception team that i can't remember their names!

The thermostat did not work in the room, anythng I changed just increased the temperature in the room. It was so hot, I had to turn it off and open the window in the 17th floor during night. I could not use the wifi on my macbook.

V tomto hotelu jsme byli již po několikáté a vzali jsme i naše přátele. Hotel má úžasnou polohu, příjemný personál, vynikající bio snídaně. Čistota hotelu je velmi dobrá. Vrátíme se zase. Děkujeme za příjemný pobyt.

Pros: It was clean. Staff was nice. Location is perfect. Cons: No drinking water avaialable in hotem, no iron. Room service threw away my food and water without asking.

The same as other Motel 1 places. Perfectly located, same interiors - boutique hotel without Boutique hotel prices.
Motel One is a great chain. You need to accept that rooms lack decent desks or chairs for working and are generally small, but for short stays when booked for ahead it can be excellent value. I was dissappointed on this occasion by the huge queue for breakfast, and the huge amount of time needed to collect my case.
VERY basic. far more basic than the pictures on the website suggest. An example - we ran out of tissues on day 2 of 4. I tipped the box over so that the housekeeper could see that it was empty. it was simply turned back up and not refilled.

Arriving, there were around 6 ot 7 other customers waiting to check-in. As I had checked in on-line I decided to use the "fast-track" and was studiously ignored until everyone else had been checked-in and the line had gone. When I asked what the benefits of checking in on-line were, because had I stayed at the back of the line, I would have been in the same position, last to be checked-in. They couldn't tell me.what the benefits were. In the bar I wanted to eat something, I was told chips and peanuts only. I subsequently travelled to Motel One in Berlin (Tiergarten) where I was checked in and in the lift within 30 seconds of arrival and I was able to order from a wide range of sandwiches. The difference was quite startling. I may have to reasses my brand loyalty to Motel One at Wien-Hbf.
Nice, clean and quiet room. WLAN could have been faster and I missed a safe for my valuables, which some of your hotels offer.
Good location close to the main railway station. Very clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Friendly and efficient staff. Good breakfast with plenty of supplies.
Good with some caveats. Clean, everything works, great location. Next to the station feels like a safe area. No safety deposit box is a big problem, and breakfast was overpriced for what it was - we only took it once. Also - bit wierd in the bathroom - paper cups with lids?

Nepochopil jsem výhodu online Check-in, když jsem musel vystát frontu s ostatními co online Check-in neměli a musel jsem předkládat znovu doklady. Takže Check-in trval dlouho jako bych ho online nedělal.
Dobrá poloha, pokoj malý ale nic mu neschází. Odhlášení hozením karty do boxu je komfortní. Dokonce i levné parkování v garáži - což jsem nikde nedohledal ale funguje to tak, že zaparkujete na parkovišti pod hotelem, a zaplatíte na recepci jen 17eur za den. (parkoviště má cenu 45eur/den).
Můj pokoj 1.23 byl zatuchlý a byl v něm, smrad. Kdybych nepřišla z jednání pozdě v noci, požádala bych o výměnu pokoje. Spát se dalo pouze s plně otevřeným oknem. Jinak by mi hotel plně vyhovoval a vše ostatní bylo v pořádku.

Už při vstupu do našeho Motel One Vídeň-Hauptbahnhof vás na recepci přivítá vídeňské panorama. Z horních podlaží si můžete výhled na rakouskou metropoli vychutnat dokonce v živém přenosu.
