Quite rooms, interieur in a good shape. Nice ambiente at both the reception and at the "roof top" bar. Friendly service.
All clean and tidy. Very nice breakfast buffet. The only issue was that the room was a quite cool.
Hotel was great, staff were friendly and welcoming and the lounge bar was warm and relaxing. Bedrooms were minimalistic in their decor and it would have been nice to have a bottle of water and a little bit of colour… but that is being very picky! The beds and linen were fabulous, best night sleep I’ve had in a hotel for years!
breakfast seats are not good/ a lounge area is not the same as food erea. It's hard to sit straight and have your stomach in a comfortable position.
I really enjoyed my stay at Motel One in Rotterdam. The location was really close to Blaak, making the daily commute a breeze as well as the walk to the train station for onward travel to Schipol Airport. Having drinking water in the room would be great, but it was an easy fix. Knowing this ahead of time could be helpful. A really good stay. The breakfast & view from the 5th floor was a great way to start the day!
Motel One exceeded my expectations! The hotel is clearly committed to sustainability in every aspect, from its design choices to energy solutions. This dedication is evident throughout the property. The atmosphere is wonderfully calm, making it an ideal place to unwind. The interior design is modern and stylish, yet warm and inviting. The rooms are well-designed and comfortable, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise! Although there was no hot food (which I didn't miss at all), the selection was diverse and full of delicious organic options. Fresh fruits, high-quality bread, plant-based spreads, and local specialties made for a delightful morning meal. Motel One is a fantastic example of how a hotel can seamlessly combine style, comfort, and eco-friendly values. I will definitely stay here again!
I booked a large room, I don't know what the smaller rooms are like. Very nice decor. The bathroom is very small but functional with a great shower. I had a view of the church, very nice! There are many bars, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Breakfast wasn't great. The bar is not really fit for breakfast: people having to bend down to a coffee table to eat, that's very uncomfortable. There are 'normal' tables too but you have to be lucky to get one. Empty jam jars, little choice. Next time I will not have breakfast. Apart from this: I love Motel One hotels.
It was a wonderful experience. Just two points to bear in mind - 1. it was a shame there was no tea/coffee in the rooms, I like to have a hot drink when I wake up. 2. The breakfast area was quite small and therefore a long waiting time for breakfast but saying that, it was well worth waiting for, as the breakfast was outstanding! Thank you and see you again soon.
Loved every minute of it. Great location, very kind staff, dogfriendly, clean, cosy and practical. We will be back - next time in the summer :)
Lovely friendly staff. Great location. Very comfy bed with excellent shower. Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel. Enjoyable breakfast with huge selection. Cosy lounge rooftop bar. Highly recommended venue.

Good value for money ! The receptionist Bianca was excellent. Very helpful & informative. Their cocktail " siren" is absolutely delicious. The hotel is lovely and well centered. Will be back !

Nice clean and quiet hotel. Rooms are smaller than usual and it is expensive but due to the location. It's a shame no kettle in the room.

The hotel is well positioned, clean and friendly, however the price of the breakfast for what is offered is high with no hot choices.
room quiet good but without desk for laptop, so no appropriate for business, comparing to other motel one hotels. not easy to be located from the taxi drivers and no indications on the streets. in general it is recommended and i will come back, but the next time i will ask for a room with desk. breakfast very limited.

This hotel has everything to please the next guest. The place is perfectly located in the city center, everything is available near the hotel. The staff is very friendly and smiling. Little extra, for the rooftop which is great to end a good day. Clean and pleasant room.

Great place to stay, the location can’t be beat.
Good location, clean and a good hotel with all the essentials one needs. Roof terrace for breakfast. Bathroom has shampoo and soap (refillable and sustainable). Great no plastic in room - very sustainable touches. Breakfast price was good and selection available. Near shops and urban surf.
The professional and warm welcome by the receptionist Trinidad was outstanding and worth 20 points alone. Also, all the rest was good, as usual.
NICE AND QUITE ROOM IN THE CENTER OF ROTTERDAM
Hotel is very central, walking distance to everything we wanted to attend, the roof top patio was very nice. The only thing I missed, was USB plug-ins. Will highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
Everything was fabulous and beautiful, especially the top floor lounge. Very pricey though I thought. $3 for a coffee or tea! That should really be complimentary since there aren't any in the rooms. I did not give this a 10 as no bar fridge and no complimentary coffee or tea in the rooms. Staying in Amsterdam which hotel has both. I think too that at that price, breakfast should just be included.
The location of the hotel is just perfect right in the center of the city. The rooms are rather small but sufficient, clean and comfortable. The personnel is extremely helpful and the roof top bar is a must!

Overall the stay was very pleasant. The hotel was clean and conformable. The only issue I had is that I wasn’t o make a hot drink in my room.
All round a really good hotel.
The windows couldn't open entirely so we had to use the air-conditioning. Both my partner and I got a cold because it was so hot outside and so cold inside.
Brillant location for access to the Metro. The room is very quiet with the window closed and the curtain is an excellent blackout but a net curtain would be good because the room is overlooked by the offices very close opposite. The room is small and has very little furniture, not even a chair, therefore there is very little useful storage, which makes it impractical for a stay of more than a couple of days. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is great except for the fashionable but impractical conical bowl washbasin which you can't fill up. The Wi-Fi is not secured with an encryption key (password).

Návštěva tržnice Markthal s plným žaludkem totiž není na místě. Po dobrém jídle je na řadě Oude Haven. Ve starém přístavu se budete cítit jako Jack Sparrow. Klasické hospůdky vás navnadí na whisky a rum. Staré čluny lákají k projížďce. A krásné hrázděné domy vyprávějí příběhy z dob dávno minulých. Další poutavé příběhy z historie mořeplavby na vás čekají v Námořním muzeu, které je od vašeho hotelu v Rotterdamu vzdáleno pouhých pět minut. Zpět do současnosti: komplex budov Kubuswoningen hvězdného architekta Pieta Bloma vás vrátí do přítomného okamžiku. Jak se asi bydlí v kubických domech ze 70. let? Můžete to zjistit při prohlídce.
