Nice clean rooms, good location, good service, friendly staff.
The staff were lovely and room perfectly fine for the price but I didn't get much sleep due to how loud the drunk people outside my room at 1am who tried to open my door. Not sure how the hotel could solve this other than having more night staff making sure people aren't lingering in the corridors. Location was very central but opens up to the rowdy guests
Customer service was great,. The heating in the room did not work on the first night but staff did what they could to resolve this the next day.
A beautiful hotel well stocked bar and the mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. Looking forward to coming to stay again. Affordable friendly luxury x

A convenient stopover in Glasgow. Huge hotel with a lovely lobby and bar. Rooms are small but with everything you need and our bed was very comfy. For the price it’s very central and I would definitely recommend.

Motel One is a great place to stay. The rooms were very comfortable, really peaceful and had everything you needed. The bed and shower were excellent and we also had a super view of Glasgow from the large window. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the seating area and bar downstairs which had a lovely atmosphere and was very relaxing.
Another lovely stay at this fabulous hotel. Never disappoints. Will always return.
Staying here was amazing the stuff on the front desk was so helpful and I really appreciate them and tend into my needs of the room was lovely the decor is really fine and it was very comfortable although I need neither train station I slept like a log. It's a fair price for what you receive I will definitely stay here again.
Great base for exploring Glasgow city. Great sound proofing means there is no noise disturbance in bedrooms from Central station next door to the hotel. The reception team were friendly and welcoming on arrival. The bedrooms are on the small size but adequate. Breakfast offered a lovely selection of standard brands plus locally sourced produce. Overall. good value for money. This is our second stay at a Motel One. Would book again and often recommend them to friends and family.

Lovely clean hotel with kind and friendly staff. Situated so close to the shops and restaurants in the city centre. Being disabled I had an accessible room which was very spacious and met all my needs.

Friendly, quick, easy and early check-in. Clean room. Rooms not large but more than adequate. Perfect for business travel. V handy for venue and Central station.
Really great location, was able to go for an early morning run alongside the embankment which was seconds away, shops & restaurants on your doorstep.all the staff were brilliant and helpful. Would highly recommend & would stay again.

Clean, comfortable with sufficient amenities and excellent staff. My only issue was the very poor water pressure in the shower.

Room was small compared to Premier Inn.. Kettle on coffee table didn't reach Socket, so had to physically move table @ 3 foot to enable plug to reach .. Small details go a long way to ensure customers return. We were in room 926

Good location, good price. The discounted parking does make a difference. The room layout and decor made it feel a little cramped and would’ve expected condensation-free mirrors in the bathroom with a new hotel. Disappointed that no draught beers are served in the bar area when it is a nice relaxing place to sit.

What a brilliant find! Excellent location, friendly staff and really super atmosphere. Quirky decor (love the sheep!) and very good cocktails🍸. I had a smaller room on a high level floor, but despite some reviews saying they were very small rooms I found it to be more than suspicious enough. Brilliant power shower 🚿 too! I purchased breakfast the next morning - a decent Continental selection and even the machine coffee was actually good. Honestly, absolute value for money. I will definitely stay again when returning to Glasgow and would look to stay at a motel one in a different location too. Thank you 🙏
We arrived at the hotel at check in and the hotel was lovely. Very cosy but immaculate vibes. I had broken my knee the week previous to our stay and I hadn’t got the chance to contact the hotel about our room, but as soon as we checked in, the lovely woman on the counter gave us an accessible room for no extra charge. It made our stay a lot easier and the room was lovely.
Krásný hotel, moderní interiery. Vše v pořádku. Jen posezení v baru je dost narušeno zimou z venku. Muž který stojí ve dveřích a kontroluje všechny co vchází a tím neustále větrá, to opravdu není přílemné.
