Leonardo / Phillip at the reception are incredible assets for your hotel. Great welcome, awesome service and attitude.
The place is great, well located and maintained. The crew is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is a highlight with a great choice. My only point of disappointment is the air in the rooms is extremely dry, leading to discomfort in breathing after the night. Maybe something to look into.
I think Motel One is the best option. However, the new policy at Motel One Beethoven to no longer offer a parking spot for the handicaped persons is not a positive development.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere which immediately made us feel welcome.All of the staff were friendly and made us feel at home. Our room was comfortable and had sufficient space. The breakfast was good but a few hot options would have been nice. Our stop was very relaxing and we will definitely stay again the next time we visit Bonn.

An affinity plan would be nice. At check-in was asked if I'd stayed there before ... I had but there was no record of mr nor my preferences.

Clean, quiet and comfortable….. so good in fact that I have moved 3 reservations to this hotel vs. other locations in Bonn. Bedding is excellent for a great night sleep and windows are very well insulated vs. the outside street noise. Great people at the front desk and at the bar. Generous breakfast for a good start in the morning. Bravo!

I won't go into anything but one thing: You just can't be serious about not having luggage carts at your hotel. As a guest, when I arrive at a hotel for work i need to bring cases of equipment that can't be left in the car. I just expect a luggage cart at a hotel.

We have family in Bonn and we are regular guests for a minimum of a week at your hotel, (We always order from you if available of course) We booked a large room that would be comfortable! We were very disappointed that in the large space there was only a bed and a chair next to a table, we expected there to be 2 armchairs, I don't need to point out that it is very unpleasant to sit on the bed!! in general - The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff is helpful and kind

Clean, close to the station, quiet.
Amazing staff, lovely place to stay
The room was very quiet and clean. The multilayer glass window prevent sounds from the street and rail station. The staff at the reception was very helpful, about the hotel arrangements, before and during the my stay. They also gave me useful answers and explanations to all my questions about the hotel and the city surroundings. The bar provides warm water upon requests. I recommend the rooms to be equipped with kettles for warming water, not necessary with tea and coffee. That would be excellent for guests who like warm water in the evenings, nights, mornings, and any resting times.

Great Stay at Motel One
Really loved this hotel. Excellent location, easy to walk around Bonn and jump on all sorts of public transportation. Absolutely can't beat this location. Beautiful decor. Nice breakfast. The room was very small but not a big deal since we were not in it much. We do wish room service had restocked the toilet paper/paper cups (we used ours) and topped off the shower shampoo. We also couldn't figure out how to cool down/heat up the room. Small things, our stay was excellent, the staff lovely. We will stay here again.
I would stay with you again and highly recommend Motel One! Great location, nicely furnished and decorated rooms and lobby, friendly and helpful personel. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement is that you stock each room with 2 bath towels per person.
Appreciated staff promptly helping with requests for extra pillows, setting up a taxi for departure & ice. ( crazy Americans). Reception & bar staff were consistently friendly & courteous. Location is ideal for exploring Bonn or using the train, tram or bus. Many many good places to eat around the hotel. Great job everyone!
Overall very happy with hotel. Wish it had a way to do laundry that was close and more ways to hang clothes but otherwise a great experience!
We greatly enjoyed our stay at Motel One. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, proficient service factored into our review. We recommend a stay at this hotel.
It was a fine stay overall, with a comfortable bed and good breakfast. My criticism is that there was no way to reach the front desk from our room. There is no room phone, and when I called the hotel number from my mobile phone, no one picked up. I always had to take the elevator down to the front desk to ask for things like the replenishment of toilet paper (the maid did not replenish it) or a late check out. Also, I have never before heard of a policy of charging 10 Euros per hour for a late check out (even though the room was not reserved for future guests). A bad policy, in my opinion.
I had a great time at the Motel One Bonn. It's centrally located, quiet, clean, and friendly. The staff is excellent. During my two-day stay, I met Philip, Lion, and Caroline at Reception. All three went out of their way to help. A+. Thank you so much. Also, superb breakfast.
It is a very nice place to stay. A bit noisy on the side I had my room, but that is something to expect close to the main railway station. The room was very nice, clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. My next stay in Bonn will be again in Motel One.

Podél osy ulic Adenauerallee, Friedrich-Ebert-Allee a Godesberger Allee se rozprostírá bývalá vládní čtvrť známá také jako Bundesviertel, která se skládá z částí obce Gronau a Hochkreuz. Kromě významných památníků německých politických dějin, jako je například Kanzlerbungalow, hrají v Bonnu, rodném městě Ludwiga van Beethovena, významnou roli samozřejmě také umění a kultura. V Bonnské opeře a v Beethovenově domě si přijdou na své zejména milovníci hudby a kromě celé řady uměleckých děl ve veřejném prostoru najdete ve městě také proslulé Kunstmuseum Bonn a výstavní síň Bundeskunsthalle.
Přestože je nabídka Bonnu doslova „bonnbastická“, můžete si samozřejmě také udělat pohodlí v našem cenově příznivém hotelu u hlavního nádraží. Bohatá snídaně, Wi-Fi zdarma, pohodlné přihlášení a odhlášení z hotelu a pokoje s úžasnými kontinentálními postelemi a nejmodernějšími televizory s plochou obrazovkou – to je jen několik dobrých důvodů, proč si u nás dopřát trochu pohody a odpočinku. Při relaxaci v našemu hotelu v Bonnu vám možná padne do oka jeho zvláštní interiérový design. Věděli jste, že OSN má v Bonnu sídlo, které se zaměřuje na téma ochrany klimatu a udržitelnosti? Protože nám kromě dobra našich hostů záleží také na ochraně naší planety, zakomponovali jsme do interiéru našeho salónku nástěnnou výzdobu, jejímž námětem je 17 oficiálních cílů OSN pro udržitelný rozvoj. Tato výzdoba posloužila jako hlavní inspirace pro téma našeho designového hotelu v Bonnu. Vybavení interiéru, například závěsná svítidla z PET láhví a recyklovaného kartonu, se nese ve znamení přírodních a udržitelných materiálů a barový pult ze zpracovaného starého dřeva a recyklovaného vybavení z našich dalších hotelů zde vytváří útulnou atmosféru, kterou si můžete vychutnat opravdu s čistým svědomím.
